		<description>I have had a couple of people tell me that this site is not working. I did get many error messages before I got it to work.

I tried three different photos and the one that worked was one that I cropped out just my face (640px x 480px) from a larger picture that had a fairly plain background.

Once I found one that worked part way I still had to try several times at different hours to finally get to work.</description>
