This is a sales letter for my custom order form a great product.
- I know that you have many questions about this form. I think that if we do this right it may be the perfect solution for your business.
- You can have pretty much everything that you want on this order form (except credit cards, you would have to keep those numbers on file).
- Any wording, lists, check boxes, buttons or just about everything else is customizable.
- The basic form on the "place an order" section of your website would be generic. No name and address.
- This form is custom. I put my name on it just as an example.
- You can have a different one of these for each individual customer that are then tailored to what they usually order.
The best part about this form is that you should e-mail or deliver one to your customer and they can save it to their desktop. If you visit them I would advise taking it with you on a CD or floppy and if they allow you, put it right on their desktop for them to use.
This way the customer has YOUR ORDER FORM on their desktop. All they have to do is open it, type in just the quantities of what they want (everything else is filled in already) and click send. How easy can you get. This works on virtually every machine and every operating system. The only requirement is that they have to be connected to the Internet.
And Safe.
- This is a regular e-mail form, but it is still safe from hijacking by spammers (you have to be careful of that).
- It will send to only one address that can't be changed in this form.
Then we can put their form on your website in case they want to order from a different location other then their desk. To access this area you would probably want to have a login and password put on it.
