I hate those words (and in the headline)
You need to be listening to your customers, not shouting at them.
- Is your email list opt-in only?
- Do your customers even know who you are?
- Can they speak to you?
Instead, be social. It’s easy to open an account at Twitter, facebook or LinkedIn.
You can speak your mind, but be sure to listen to what’s being said by others.
Forget about BLASTING!
