He talks about different strategies to help convert your visitors into customers. There are many good ideas here about improving your site by adding or changing the pages he calls the most underrated.

After reading his post I realized that I only even have one of these (contact us). I probably don’t have the others because I thought that the only reason most people have them is because everyone else does. Now that I have some good reasons to have them I think I may add them, although adding to my main navigation on all of my pages will be quite a bit of work.
